About Our Teas

What makes Azortea teas different?

Azortea teas are premium loose leaf blends inspired by the Azores islands of Portugal. Each blend features real fruit pieces — not artificial flavouring — for a naturally vibrant and aromatic cup.

What types of tea do you offer?

We currently offer green tea and black tea blends with real fruit pieces, including Strawberry Sunset, Lemon Lumina, Orange Oasis, and Pineapple Paradise.

Are your teas natural?

Yes! Our teas contain real fruit pieces and natural ingredients with no artificial flavours.

Brewing

How do I brew loose leaf tea?

Use a tea infuser or strainer. Add 1 teaspoon (2–3g) of loose leaf tea per 250ml of water. Steep green teas at 75–80°C for 2–3 minutes. Adjust to taste. Enjoy!

How many servings are in each pouch?

Each 60g pouch contains approximately 30 servings.

Can I reuse the leaves?

Yes! High-quality loose leaf teas can often be steeped 2–3 times. Simply increase the steeping time slightly with each subsequent brew.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your tea. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please reach out to us with a photo of the damaged item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
