Where We Ship We ship across Canada and internationally, select European countries. For a full list of supported destinations, please contact us.

Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: Standard shipping — 3–7 business days
Europe & International: 7–27 business days via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are flat based on your location. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package through our carrier's website.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For international orders, duties and taxes are not calculated and collected at checkout. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
